Sol Housing Board Documents
The Board of Directors serves as the governing board for Sol Housing, a private non-profit 501(c)3, and a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). The Board meets quarterly with its annual meeting each December and complies with the approved bylaws and the Open Meetings Act.

Meeting Notice
The next Board meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 via Zoom. The meeting notice and Zoom link will be posted here at least one week prior to the date.
The agenda will be posted at www.solhousing.org no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting.
