Sol Housing Board Documents
The Board of Directors serves as the governing board for Sol Housing, a private non-profit 501(c)3, and a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). The Board meets quarterly with its annual meeting each December and complies with the approved bylaws and the Open Meetings Act.

Notice is hereby given that the next upcoming meeting of the Board will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
The agenda will be posted at www.solhousing.org no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting.
