Sol Housing Board Documents
The Board of Directors serves as the governing board for Sol Housing, a private non-profit 501(c)3, and a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). The Board meets quarterly with its annual meeting each December and complies with the approved bylaws and the Open Meetings Act.

Notice is hereby given that the Sol Housing Board of Directors
will conduct its annual meeting at 11:30 a.m. on December 3, 2024 in the Navajo Nation Board Room at the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce 1309 4th St SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 and via Zoom.
