Located in the Trumbull neighborhood of the International District of Albuquerque, Plaza Feliz features 2- and 3-bedroom apartment homes. Plaza Feliz was in built in 2012 and marked Sol Housing's renewed commitment to multifamily housing. The apartment community includes a playground and futsol/basketball court, townhome style apartments, and a Child Development Center operated by the City of Albuquerque.

On-site enrichment services include after school tutoring and classes in health and nutrition, computer literacy, financial literacy, job search and resume building, and CPR in addition to health screenings and other community events.

Funding for the project included City of Albuquerque HOME funds and utilization of Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority.
