Plaza Feliz an apartment community featuring 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes located in the Trumbull neighborhood of the International District of Albuquerque. Plaza Feliz was built on 23 vacant lots acquired by the City of Albuquerque in 2007 and 2008. Special features of Plaza Feliz include a playground and basketball court, townhome style apartments for the 2- and 3-bedroom units, and an on-site Child Development Center operated by the City of Albuquerque. On-site enrichment services offer after school tutoring and classes in health and nutrition, computer literacy, financial literacy, job search and resume building, and CPR in addition to health screenings and other community events.

Funding for the project included City of Albuquerque HOME funds and utilization of Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority.
