Somos is a mixed‐use, mixed‐income community with 70 one‐bedroom apartments,
leasing office, amenity spaces to support residents, and a commercial space to promote local business
growth. While Somos is thoughtfully tailored to provide an exceptional living experience for seniors aged 55 and better, folks of all ages who appreciate a diverse and engaging neighborhood are also welcome.

Somos means “we are”. “We are” strong, determined, creative, Hispanic, Native, Asian, Black, White, Immigrant, community, together. Somos signifies the cultural richness and ethnic diversity present in the International District and valued throughout our city and our state. We envision Somos as providing the housing and catalytic investment desired by the residents in this diverse neighborhood.

Construction for Somos is well underway, and we celebrated our groundbreaking on June 4, 2025! Anticipated completion of this development is December 2026.
