Teresa has a strong background in contract compliance, documentation control, training, multi-department coordination, and field oversight. She brings a wealth of experience to the organization, including high accountability, thorough documentation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to track schedules, resolve issues, and advocate for owner interests.

Prior to joining the Sol Housing team, Teresa served as a Safety Specialist for Isleta Resort and Casino, where she conducted on-site inspections, audits, and safety reviews aligned with OSHA, EPA, and tribal regulations.
