Ami grew up in Santa Fe, where experiencing housing instability as a child gave her a deep appreciation for the importance of safe, stable homes and strong communities.
She is honored to contribute to Sol Housing's work to expand access to affordable housing and provide individuals and families with the resources and support needed to achieve long-term stability and thrive.
With more than 19 years of operations experience, Ami has built expertise in developing efficient systems, leading complex problem-solving initiatives, and fostering collaborative, psychologically safe workplace cultures. She recently earned her Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, strengthening her ability to align strategy and culture. She believes that meaningful outcomes are driven by engaged and empowered teams, operational excellence, and a commitment to serving others.
Ami holds a BA in English Literature and Writing from Southern Oregon University and an MS in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in leadership coaching from Northeastern University. She is also a Certified Organizational Development Coach and a Certified Change Management Coach. Outside of work, Ami enjoys spending time in nature, being immersed in a good book, and laughing and exploring with family and friends.
