Elvira Lopez, AICP is a program planner for Bernalillo County. She has her BA in Development Studies from UC Berkeley and her master’s degree from UNM's School of Architecture and Planning. Ms. Lopez is AICP Certified from the American Institute of Certified Planners. Ms. Lopez is a native of California, with immigrant roots in Mexico, but considers New Mexico her home, raising her two children with her husband.
