David is a graduate of Indiana University and holds a Master of Music from UNM. While teaching and directing music at La Mesa Presbyterian Church, he was involved in the church’s food pantry, neighborhood beautification, founding of La Mesa Arts Academy, and providing free after-school arts education. He is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has extensive experience working with diverse populations and coordinating volunteers.
