Hayley Jones works two jobs and is a mother of a 3-year-old son. Hayley is pursuing her nursing degree at Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). The prospect of becoming a nurse resonates with Hayley as a way to find her true path and make a meaningful impact on the lives of others, especially within her own community.
How will you build a better Albuquerque?
By acquiring the knowledge, skills, and expertise in the field of nursing, I will be equipped to make a positive impact on the community's health and well-being. First and foremost, my education will enable me to provide high-quality healthcare services to individuals and families in Albuquerque. By delivering compassionate and competent care, I can contribute to the overall health and wellness of the community, promoting healthier families and improving the quality of life for residents. Through health promotion and disease prevention initiatives, I can help foster a culture of wellness within Albuquerque, promoting healthier behaviors and reducing the burden of chronic diseases.Through health screenings, health education campaigns, and advocacy efforts, I can engage with the community to address social determinants of health and work towards creating a safer and more supportive environment for all residents.
