Miriam Hicks, AIA named to Executive Committee of AAHC
Miriam Hicks, AIA has been elected to the executive committee of the Albuquerque Affordable Housing Coalition, a nonprofit corporation of affordable housing providers, technical assistants, financial agencies, and affordable housing advocates. Miriam brings her housing development expertise and perspective to the group. She hopes to influence advocacy efforts that result in bridging the gap between housing needs and the availability of housing units.
Kelle Senyé, ARM® promoted to Deputy Director of Operations
Kelle Senyé, ARM® has been promoted to deputy director of operations at GAHP. She previously served as GAHP’s director of asset management. Kelle has over 20 years of property management experience, is a faculty member of National Apartment Association Education Institute since 2015 and has been an approved instructor for the New Mexico Real Estate Commission since 2011.
